The Juniper Hotel offers an Accessible Queen Room designed for a comfortable and convenient stay. This room includes a walk-in shower and thoughtful features to support guests with mobility needs.

Please note that the Hotel does not have an elevator to the upper floors, or within the Forest Cabins, so guests requiring accessible accommodation should request the Accessible Queen Room when booking.

The Juniper Bistro, Bistro Lounge, and patio are accessible by vertical platform elevator, making it easy to enjoy breakfast, dinner, drinks, or a special occasion with panoramic Banff views.

Doorways, and distances between most tables, are wheelchair friendly, and our team are there to help make your visit as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

Our meeting and event spaces are accessible via ramps and the Bistro elevator, allowing guests to gather comfortably for meetings, private dinners, celebrations, retreats, and group events.

With mountain views, warm hospitality, and convenient access throughout our event areas, the Juniper offers a thoughtful setting for accessible gatherings in Banff.

Arriving at the Juniper is easy and convenient. Guests can drive directly to the Hotel entrance before parking in one of the designated accessible parking spaces nearby. A ramp provides step-free access into the Hotel, and the car park is entirely level with no steps, ensuring a smooth arrival experience.
