Dine
Tucked into the hotel, Juniper Bistro is our answer to mountain appetite: seasonal menus built from Alberta producers, classic technique, and the occasional surprise from the chargrill. Breakfast fuels early hikes; dinner slows down with shared plates, mains, and desserts you will talk about on the gondola the next day.
Bistro & Hotel
Perched above the valley—views from your room, the mountain-view hot tub, and our Bistro—the Juniper is more than a stop on your journey. Minutes from downtown, with free parking, a hybrid shuttle, and gear to borrow, you’re surrounded by nature, not just beside it.
